Time frame and cost

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours whenever possible, if your item needs making then orders may take up to 10 days.

If you have bought a pre order item, this will be shipped no later than the date in the description, it may be posted on a specific future date. If you require it earlier, please message and let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate  

Tracked Delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland start from £4.95 Royal Mail 2nd Class is free of charge however we are unable to track these items therefore we are unable to refund or resend items lost in transit when sent via 2nd Class post.

Unforeseen events at the couriers, weather conditions and the ability of the courier to deliver may effect the timescale of delivery.

Delivery can take up to 10 working days from the date of shipment.

Tracking

We use Royal Mail services for orders that have chosen the 1st class option at checkout. You can request the shipping status by emailing chockleart@icloud.com, or littleludesigner@gmail.com.  If your item is not received with 10 working days, please contact us so we can put a trace on your .
